At Enchanted Forest Tiny Home CommUnity (Lots), we believe in the beauty of minimalistic living. Located in the heart of Hamlet, N.C. , two hours away from Myrtle Beach. Our tiny home lots are designed for those who desire a simpler, more intentional way of life. We offer a range of lots to accommodate various tiny homes. Each lot is equipped with essential utilities, including water, electricity and sewage connections, making it easy for you to settle in quickly.

Our tiny home commUnity is situated on 3.87 peaceful, wooded acres, we offer lots that can be leased on a long-term basis. Our goal is to provide an affordable, nature-focused lifestyle for those who seek a close-knit commUnity while embracing the simplicity of tiny home living. With long-term lot options, residents have the flexibility to create a lasting home in a serene, natural setting.

WHAT IS THE MISSION OF ENCHANTED FOREST TINY HOME COMMUNITY?

At Enchanted Forest Tiny Home Lots, our mission is to provide a welcoming, sustainable, and affordable living space for tiny home owners. We aim to create a vibrant community where residents can enjoy the simplicity and freedom of tiny home living, all while fostering a strong connection with nature and neighbors. Our goal is to offer a thoughtfully designed environment that promotes eco-friendly living, supports individuality, and provides a peaceful retreat for those seeking a minimalist lifestyle without compromising on comfort or quality.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE LOT RENTAL?

Enchanted Forest Tiny Home CommUnity generally run year-to-year. Each lot is provided 1 parking space. Your Lot rental will include: Trash and recycle bin , Walking trail, Pickleball court, fire pit and each lot will be equipped with 50 amp service, equipped with septic connections, and county water connection. Water and electric and are separately metered for each lot and high-speed internet. These connections ;coupled with monthly utility fees are the responsibility of each resident.

WHAT ARE ATTRACTIONS OR ACTIVITIES CLOSE TO THE COMMUNITY

- Rail Heritage - For railroad history lovers, the National Railroad Museum and Hall of Fame in

Hamlet might be an interesting stop. Established in 1976.

- Walking Trail - Hinson Lake (Wheelchair Friendly)

- Fishing Opportunities - Hamlet City Lake - 40 square acres in size.

- Richmond County Parks & Rec

DO YOU BUILD FOR THE COMMUNITY?

Yes, we have partnered with a tiny home builder who can build a high quality, reasonable priced home which we can refer to you. You are welcome to buy from any tiny home dealer, as long as appropriate insurance and certification requirements are satisfied.

Requirements to Reserve Your Lot:

1. Complete the Application: Fill out our quick and easy application to tell us more about your tiny home goals and preference.

2. Background Check: For the safety of our community, all prospective residents will undergo a basic background check.

3. Proof of Tiny Home Compliance: To ensure all homes meet our standards, please provide documents showing that your tiny home is certified and complies with our lot’s structural, electrical and safety regulations.

4. Deposit Payment: Secure your spot with a fully refundable deposit. This payment confirms your intent and reserves your preferred lot.

5. Insurance Coverage: A copy of your tiny home insurance is required, ensuring coverage for damages or liability on our property.

6. Sustainability Commitment: At Enchanted Forest Time Home, we value green living. Resident are encouraged to participate in sustainable practices, including recycling and conserving resources.

Pet-Friendly Living at Enchanted Forest Tiny Home!

Yes. We know pets are family, and we’re thrilled to welcome them into our commUnity! At Enchanted Forest Tiny Home, we allow pets, so you and your furry friends can enjoy tiny home living together. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that pet owners follow a few simple guidelines:

- Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash when outside your home.

- Clean Up After Your Pets: Please help us keep our commUnity clean by picking up after your pets.

- Respect Noise Levels: Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that pets remain calm and quiet.

We love having furry companions here, and with these guidelines, we can ensure that everyone has a safe, peaceful living experience.

DO YOU ACCEPT “SCHOOLIES,“ VAN CONVERSIONS, CONTAINER HOME OR MOTORIZED RVS?

No, not at this time. All homes must be park model tiny homes or tiny homes on wheels, meeting the ANSI A119.5 standards or RVIA & NOAH standards. No other alternative living quarters are housing will be accepted.
